By booking an appointment with The Lash Lady, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients.
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from the total service cost.
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened and will still be charged in full.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance if under 24 hours you will need to pay the remaining amount.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be blocked from future bookings.
We do not offer refunds for any services rendered.
If you experience an issue with your lashes within 48 hours, please contact us for a complimentary fix or touch-up (at our discretion).
Any irritation or allergic reaction must be reported immediately. Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies and sensitivities before the appointment.
By attending your appointment, you agree that The Lash Lady is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse outcomes due to the service provided.
Clients are responsible for following proper aftercare to maintain lash retention.
Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for 24–48 hours after your appointment.
No mascara, lash curlers, or picking at your extensions.
Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
Infills require at least 40–50% of lashes remaining. Anything less will be charged as a full set.
We do not perform infills over other technicians’ work unless agreed upon in advance (foreign fills).
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Please do not bring guests or children to your appointment unless previously approved.
